Through the Five Foundations for Thriving (Stress Management, Quality Sleep, Emotional Processing, Activity Pacing, and Self-Care), we create steadier days and a stronger sense of agency and wellbeing.

Both tracks support adults living with autoimmune conditions and chronic illness, but each focuses on different areas of life.
Thriving in Daily Life focuses on symptom management, stress regulation, pacing, and building routines that support steadier days.
Thriving in the Workplace helps you navigate communication, boundaries, self-advocacy, pacing at work, and emotional resilience so you can protect your wellbeing while growing in your career.
How do video coaching sessions work?
Video sessions are 45–60 minutes and centered around what you’re experiencing that week. Together we explore challenges, build practical tools, and work through the Five Foundations for Thriving at a pace that feels manageable. Each session is tailored to your goals, capacity, and the realities of living with chronic illness.
Do you offer any financial support or discounts?
