Who is a good fit to be referred to Tenacious Wellness Coaching?
I work with adults living with autoimmune conditions and chronic illness who want support with the mental, emotional, and lifestyle aspects of their health. Ideal referrals are individuals who would benefit from stress regulation tools, pacing strategies, emotional processing support, improved sleep, or help creating sustainable daily routines. Coaching is a great complement to medical care and therapy and is often most helpful for clients who want practical, compassionate support between appointments.
How does the referral process work?
Referrers can share my information directly with their clients, or they can use the referral form on my website to securely provide the client’s contact details. Once submitted, I reach out within 48 hours to introduce myself and invite the client to schedule a free 30-minute discovery call. From there, clients decide whether coaching feels like a supportive next step.
What information should I give my clients about your services?
You’re welcome to share a brief description of what I do: I provide chronic illness coaching that helps adults navigate daily life and the workplace with more steadiness, resilience, and clarity. Clients learn practical tools for stress management, pacing, emotional processing, sleep, and self-care.
