Refund Policy

To ensure fairness, clarity, and flexibility for both single-session and package clients

Notice Requirement (all bookings)

  • You may cancel or reschedule any session with ≥ 24 hours’ notice and avoid a fee.

  • Cancellations made with < 24 hours’ notice (or no-shows) are charged in full and counted as a used session.

  • Emergencies will be reviewed case-by-case at the coach’s discretion.

Single-Session Bookings

  • Payment required prior to the session.

  • If you cancel with ≥ 24 hours’ notice, you may either:

    • Receive a full refund, or

    • Reschedule once within 30 days of the original appointment date.

Package Bookings (Bi-Monthly or Weekly Plans)

  • Package fees are paid in advance and secure your session slots for that billing month.

  • Timely Cancellation (≥ 24 hours’ notice)

    • You must reschedule the cancelled session within the same billing month.

    • If rescheduling is impossible, you may request a pro-rated refund calculated at the standard single-session rate ($100 per completed session).

    • Example: If you purchased a Weekly package ($350 for 4 sessions) and completed 2 sessions, the refund would be:
      $350 – (2 sessions × $100) = $150

  • Late Cancellation (< 24 hours’ notice) or No-Show

    • The session is forfeited and counted as used; no refund is issued.

How Refunds/Credits Are Processed

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
