Primary Focus & Goals: • Maintain progress and reinforce core coping / self-management skills • Identify early warning signs of symptom or mood flare and adjust plan • Slow, sustainable habit layering (1 priority habit at a time) Included: • 1 × 60-min coaching session (video) a month • Weekly encouragement check-in (brief email or text—client chooses channel) • Simple monthly Action Plan Momentum & Skill Building - Bimonthly: $100 per session/$175 per month Build momentum and master new coping skills. Two sessions monthly keep you progressing, while weekly check-ins reinforce tools that improve resilience, pacing, and mood stability. Primary Focus & Goals: • Build momentum on 1–2 goals over 90 days • Develop and practice new cognitive/behavioral skills (e.g., thought reframing, pacing protocols, distress tolerance micro-skills) • Strengthen self-efficacy and consistent tracking Included: • 2 × 60-min coaching sessions (every other week) • Weekly engagement message (encouragement + micro-prompt or mini skill refresher) • Bi-weekly Action Plan • Personalized Skill Toolkit (living document updated each session) Focused Transformation - Weekly: $100 per session/$350 per month High-touch coaching for accelerated change. Weekly sessions plus targeted support create rapid, structured momentum so you can rewire habits, regulate emotions, and stabilize daily routines. Primary Focus & Goals: • Accelerate progress across several domains (energy management, emotional regulation, habit stack) • Rapid feedback loops: test–adjust–reinforce weekly • Build robust self-coaching skills Included: • 4 × 60-min weekly sessions each month • Weekly encouragement & accountability message (plus brief midweek “micro nudge” as needed) • Weekly Action Plan • Comprehensive Progress Dashboard (updated weekly) • Priority access for brief (5-min) clarification via email/text (response within 1 business day)
